MDB Ventures sets merchandise prices based upon current market statistics.
Employees are not allowed to change them.
Due to the highly volatile nature of the tube business, all prices are subject to change without notice.
Price shown on the website is for the item only. It does not include packaging, handling or postage.

Shipping and Handling:
All shipment is via US Postal Service. Buyer pays for all packaging, handling, shipping and any insurance required.
Domestic (USA) shipping cost is calculated as the cost of postage plus a $2.50 packing and handling fee per shipment.
International shipping cost is calculated as the cost of postage plus a $5.00 packing and handling fee per shipment.
Buyer must email shipping location before we can provide total cost of the purchase.

Customs Laws:
All exporting businesses are required by law to show exact purchase value on the customs documents.
MDB Ventures policy is to abide by all laws and regulations of the USA and destination countries.

Acceptable payment is via PayPal or Money Order on a US Bank, only in US Dollars.
Shipping occurs after payment is verified. We do not accept personal checks.

Warranty Disclaimer:
Our guarantee represents the consumer's exclusive remedy for a defective product.
MDB Ventures expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, for the products we sell.
Limitation on Liability:
MDB Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages,
including, but not limited to, personal injury or loss of income, arising out of the
purchase or use of a product listed in this catalog, and in no event shall our liability
exceed the price of the product.
Guarantee:
All items are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction or they may be returned within 30 days for
exchange or credit, providing the item is in resellable condition.
The exception is any item noted as not returnable.
Any items that have leads cut, evidence of soldering or other sign of installation modification
and/or use cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Please check and/or test your purchases upon receipt, even if the items are a back up set
for future use, and notify us of any problems within the warranty period.
We do not test for microphonics. It is a highly subjective test
and we do not have the equipment to make a qualitative test that would have
any real meaning.
We do not match tubes. As with microphonics, matching means different things to different
people. Because of this, we do not do matching. We do however provide the test results for
our tubes which allows you to select tubes that have similar test results.
For most situations that should be adequate. However keep in mind that depending on
the your particular situation, the test results may not be adequate for your needs.
All NOS and used tubes are guaranteed for 30 days, except for breakage or damage caused by
operation outside the tube manufacturer's specified ratings.
Please check all tubes upon receipt. If there is a problem, please notify us immediately.
If the NOS or used tube does not function as described, you may return it for a credit or replacement.
Always email first before returning tubes to get a return authorization.
For obvious reasons, we cannot guarentee our Dud or Low Grade tubes.
The Unknown tubes are treated on a case by case basis.
Items noted as being not returnable will not be accepted for return, refund or credit.
Because some tubes are rare, we may not have a replacement available.
In the case of NOS tubes, we may have a Used tube available.
Always contact us first for availability.
After contacting us, we will take the item back for evaluation by our technicians.
We will notify you with a decision about replacement or credit after the evaluation.
Should it be necessary to return merchandise for exchange or credit,
please e-mail sales@mdbventures.com .
No returns should be made without contacting MDB Ventures for authorization.
All returns should be sent promptly. we must receive all returns within 15 days from
authorization or the return will no longer be authorized.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee when no evidence of product failure exists.
Not covered by our warranty are tubes that are broken or damaged after our
shipment, tubes that are microphonic or tubes used in applications that
exceed the manufacturer's specified ratings, such as sweep tubes in power
amplifiers, or rectifiers being used at higher than rated voltages or current.
Nor are items marked as being not returnable.
Restocking fee:
There is a 10% restocking fee when no evidence of product damage exists
on returned products or the product is returned for other than a failure.
Refunds:
Our normal procedure is to credit your account when an item is returned.
In special cases we may authorize a refund.
If payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be placed in your PayPal account.
We do not refund items paid for by a money order.
We do not refund postage, shipping, handling, customs duties or insurance costs.
Nor do we refund customer return postage fees.
Replacements:
The customer pays for all return postage fees.
The customer also pays for postage and insurance (optional) for sending the replacement item(s).
We do not charge handling or packing fees for replacement shipments.
Replacements are for equivalent items only.
A customer may request a better item for the difference in price plus any additional restockig fees.
Discounts or coupons may not be applied to replacement items.
Discounts:
Any discount or coupons will be applied to merchandise price only. Any other charge
included on the order, e.g. taxes, shipping, handling and packaging,
will not be affected or altered by exercising the discount or coupon.
The discount or coupon is not valid on previously purchased merchandise; not
eligible for purchases of products marked as not eligible for
"coupons or promotional discounts;" not valid on purchases made from
third parties; and may not be combined with any other coupon or
discount promotion unless otherwise noted.
All discount and/or coupon offers are subject to change or discontinuation
without notice. All discounts and/or coupons are non-transferable.
Discounts or coupons may not be carried over to other orders. There will be no cash or credit back
issued on a discount or coupon. Any discount or coupon offer's value will not be
refunded on a merchandise return. There will be no cash value or "rain checks" issued
against discount or coupon purchases.
