Here are two 803 vaccum tubes. Both are from Westinghouse. Both have a brown base.
These are large transmitter tubes 9 inches long by 2.5 inches in diameter.
One is display only, the heater is open.
The other is untested, but the heater checks ok and it looks to be unused.
